The food was excellent. The staff was very helpful and amiable. The rooms were reasonably large, good-sized, complete with a very spacious bathroom and all necessary amenities. The venue was in a very central location near Lorraine and a park.

It's a nice base for a stopover. The staff are friendly and great and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location is lovely and they have parking nearby. The restaurant is stunning, serves excellent dishes.

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Raon-l'Etape. The hotel was lovely welcoming thanks to its amiable staff...

This place is situated right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get around.

We loved staying in this city - the location next to a historic city hall made it meaningful. The hotel facilities were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to park our car easily and transportation was convenient.

For us, it was ideal and we didn't experience any negative aspects.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel on our way from Italy to London. the location was perfect for an overnight stopover, and we were delighted by the comfort and warmth of the room, especially on a wet and frosty December night. the kettle provided was a thoughtful touch, and dinner was absolutely delicious. the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us and our dog feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel, and don't forget to visit the bakery across the street!

This city break was amazing! The room was incredibly spacious and had a big bathroom. The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was right in the heart of the city. It was so easy to walk to all of the local attractions. I also loved that there was a bakery located right across from the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.

While there weren't many negative aspects of this hotel, there were a few things that could have been improved. Unfortunately, we had to wait for around 15 minutes for someone to check us in, and when we were checking out, we had to walk around the hotel to find a member of staff.

The room was spacious and beautiful, staff were friendly and accommodating, wonderful location, bakery across the street.
